Dr. Ankita Mulchandani is a distinguished phacorefractive and anterior segment surgeon with extensive experience. She graduated from Mumbai under MUHS, completed her DNB in Ophthalmology in Gujarat, and pursued an advanced fellowship in phaco-refractive surgery and anterior segment in Mumbai. Currently, she serves as a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Mumbai.
Dr. Mulchandani has an outstanding surgical track record, having performed over 7,500 surgeries.
Notably, she is among the youngest surgeons to have conducted more than 1,500 Femto Laser Assisted Cataract and Lasik surgeries, which are bladeless robotic procedures. She is also proficient in heads-up 3D cataract surgery and has considerable expertise in implanting premium lenses, including multifocal, EDOF, and toric lenses.
Beyond her surgical practice, Dr. Mulchandani has contributed significantly to the field of ophthalmology through her numerous articles and surgical videos published in various national and international journals.
